log in, PoA problem

I changed my password and now I can't log in. I logged in once using the new password (right after I changed it). I'm sure I am typing it wrong, however, I'm at the end of my rope trying to figure what my password is.

I started this account when the server was called Winter's Roar. My account was set up through EQemu, therefore I don't have a PoA email. I sent an email to [email protected] trying to set up my PoA so I can get back to the game. I'm not sure if anyone really looks at [email protected] anymore and this is why I'm making this post. Please, can anyone help? Anyone know who I should contact to facilitate this? Thanks

I sent the first email on January 17th, so I don't think that was the case. After almost a year with no answer, I think it's a safe assumption to think that no one looks at it.
