Location of spells

i'm missing some spells for my level and i was wondering if someone could tell me where to find them. The ones I'm missing are:

Hold
South Waste Gate
Nothern Badlands Gate
Greater Faydark Gate
Mountain Gate
South Waste Portal
Northern Badlands Portal
Greater Faydark Portal
Mountain Portal
Sun Gate
Everfrost Portal

...quite a few Now the only place I've been buying spells is the High Elf tree city (can't recall the name offhand), are there other cities I should be looking or which merchants sell the spells I'm looking for?
