Hi all, im a newb to WR. I play Live and WR on different computers, but I accidently hit the live patcher the other day. I was wondering if this will throw up a flag at EQ Live, and they would somehow know I was playing WR. If so, could they delete my account or anything?

All the patcher does is check the current version of the files you have, patch them up to the current version on the server, and send you along your way. It doesn't send any logs of files you have to SoE, nor does it even have your CD Key that could point you out. It's just a downloader and nothing more.
