Here is the spoiler from the old Wiki. I appologize that I do not have any information about who originally posted it, but they have my sincere gratitude. It's an excellent writeup.
War 2hs:
Two slabs of obsidian—these drop off of Gargoyles in the Obsidian Shard Mountains. An ancient sword hilt—drops off the Froglok Swordsman.
The obsidian is easy enough to find. Go to the southwest corner of the Obsdian Shard Mountains. There are some ruins in that corner where gargoyles spawn. They were dark blue to me at 38, but mostly soloable. I’d bring help. Watch out, too, for the hill giants nearby. They have a tendency to wander over every now and then and smoosh you.
The sword hilt is a bit trickier. You’ll have to go to the northeast corner of Mielech A. Up in the corner of the map there’s a dead end. See it? It kinda curves to the left. There are a few Froglok Artisans, the Froglok Brewmaster, and a Froglok Soldier in that area. The Froglok Soldier is the placeholder for the Froglok Swordsman. The respawn rate is about twenty minutes, give or take. If you’re careful, you can probably solo this part around 37-38, but it’s safer to bring help.

War boots:
The Symbol of Rage: This drops off the Kobold Berserker at the western end of the Warrens, near the Bancak zone. There’s a small dead-end near where the Kobold Trapper spawns. The Berserker’s placeholder is in that dead end. The respawn time is about twenty minutes, give or take. The mobs were all green to me at 40.
The Symbol of Savagery: This drops off the War Priest, a Dark Sun orc found in Nothern Tarhyl Wastes. This one’s a bit harder to get. Take the coach to Freeport and head south to the N. Tarhyl zone and go through. Head east to the water. See that first camp, right where the water and the mountains meet? There are two huts on the beach, and two huts on stilts in the water. The placeholder mob you want is going to be just north of the huts on the beach. The respawn rate’s about twenty minutes. It took me about two hours of killing the PH to get the War Priest to spawn. The War Priest was light blue to me at 40, but not a problem.
The Boots: The boots drop off of a Dredged Corpse, which can be found off of the old Kaladim docks on the northwest edge of the Goblinskull Mountains. There’s what looks like a Viking longship in the water. The Dredged Corpse is underneath it, and you’re going to have to swim out to get it. It was light blue to me at 40, and it actually managed to hurt me a bit because of the swim back to shore. Watch out, if you’re lower level.
