Lifetaps and focus effects

I searched, but couldn't seem to find a definitive answer on this. If someone can confirm, that would be great.

Am I correct in assuming that because a lifetap is a "2-part spell" that it is enhanced by both Damage Increment and Healing Increment? For instance the initial DD component is affected by DI and the amount of health transfered is affected by HI?

Okay so both the DD as well as the amount transfered are augmented by DI then? Thanks. I wasn't sure if it was always a 1:1 amount and I'm at work on my lunch break, so I couldn't test.

In my experiences I'd tend to lean towards the latter. <3
