I had been told lifetap tome only affects things that cost mana and not procs. I got bored today in Sadri and beat on Tyka with http://shardsofdalaya.com/fomelo/fomelo.php?char=negatron and http://shardsofdalaya.com/fomelo/fomelo.php?char=rothel and Negatron had a 131 lifetap proc and Rothel's was 130 with both using Melwin's idol. Rothel has done lifetap 1 tome and Negatron has not, but otherwise both characters have magic 1, same damage inc and full codex bonus. If this tome is intended to fix lifetap procs that should be looked at.
