I figured there might as well be a leveling guide thread, as all the guides I've seen on the WIKI are from before luclin was removed. Sorry if this thread has already been done before.

Try either Blackburrow, or The Warrens. Blackburrow and The Warrens are both indoor, so don't depend on outdoor spells.
Also, Blackburrow is a good place to stock up on Leather Armor and weapons early on. You can get a full set of leather in mayby a day of killing (possibly less with the right killing). The Warrens is great exp also, and provides a nice supply of Soft Leather (slightly better than Leather Armor; +1 to a stat is the usual statistics) and bat wings/blood.

Ok, these hunting spots are where I hunted. However, Im a druid so my strategies were a bit different (but not TOO different, as I did not get my first decent DoT till lvl15). Ok, one suggestion are the orcs in Everfrost by the frozen river fork. These mobs are mostly warrior-types, but there will be the occasional Shaman (be prepared for a low level slow and some DoTs). Also, avoid the Orc Visionary as he will slap you around at this level. Another suggestion would be Shrouded Isle (especially for Paladins, Clerics, Necro's, SKs, and Multi-kiting classes [bard]). Right inside the entrance there are plenty of spawns and this is especially good for bards. Druids may have a bit of trouble (I did) getting single pulls and not getting more adds. If this is too tough, try Blackburrow in a group (the deep end).
Lvl15-20
I killed the clockworks in Steamfont Mountains. They're not too tough, and drop shields that sell for 4gp a pop (a pretty penny at your level). The three entrance spawns should be single pullable, but the clockwork gnomes hit a little bit hard for their level. Also, if you plan to kite watch out for the mountain lions. By the time you get here they should be Lightblue con to you, but that doesn't stop them from jumping into the fray.
