Level requirement for Ikisith flag?

Hey I was just wondering if there is a minimum level you must be in order to do the group or single version of Hatesfury? I assume the group version is required level 65 since you have to do the main quest and all that but the single version doesn't give any information as far as I am aware.
 
I was able to do the solo version on my 55 wizard. I do believe you need to have your MQ done (aka upto "high seeker") You do not need to do you faction aug max'd for getting flagged (solo).
 
For those out of the loop (AKA this guy) what are the differences between the two versions? I get the whole, loot/encounters/augment for doing 6man Hate's Fury, but are there any other benefits for doing the group version over the solo version?
 
I mean, access to ikisith in general opens up lots of cool/important stuff.

Refuge quest is basically just a gigantic quest chain of faction grind. (though some of the quests are cool/fun)

You can do the entire gruplok chain without it and I hear that is pretty fun as well.
 
Yeah, basic access is great, and the Gruplok stuff is good times.



That said... 0 for 19 on hate's Fury... sigh...

You basically just need the 6-man for the high tier dungeon content/ability to form runics. Everything else is a free for all once you "step" off the boat.
