Level 0 Warrior in Eternal Well

I just installed SoD on Win7 and all of my accounts have a single character named Ioad (or load) that is a level 0 warrior in the Eternal Well. I cannot see the character selection UI either. Any ideas what is up?


Did a re-patch all and it seems to be working. Odd.
