Hi.
I am working on the four elements quests for newbie Iksar monks. I was told to speak with Disciple Galus after completing the first quest from Disciple Kiras. Disciple Galus responds with nothing upon hailing him. I believe the NPC is bugged. I asked another monk to try hailing Galus, he said Galus replied with code.
