Go to Shrouded Isle. Follow around the maze to the right. There is a gazebo thing there in the yard with two named ghouls in it. One of the ghouls dropped a nice 17AC Chestplate for me today and I managed to farm a couple more nice items from them too. I did see a lot of plain leather drop inside the house though.
