To answer your question, no you will not get continual benefits for a one time payment. Use common sense.

Short answer: No.

Long answer: If you donate, you will be flagged as a donator for the time you actually donate. When the donations cease, the donato status will cease as well. So if you do a one-time donation, you will be flagged as a donator for one month, and then de-flagged again.
