Last Breath of the Buried clicky

The Last Breath of the Buried mask has a the clicky effect of "Breath of the Dead," which is an EB effect that seems to consider itself a type of lifetap for some reason. I can use it on anyone else except myself, when I attempt to cast it on myself I get the message, "You cannot lifetap yourself!" The wiki also lists the target type as "lifetap."

Is this intended? If not, can this be fixed or even set to be self-only?

While you're looking at this "Runed Bolster Belt" and "Soul Seeker" still don't have slots last time I checked. I bugged these and the mask in game a few times but I've started to doubt anyone reads the bug submissions.

Ya I am going to go ahead and change the spell to Enduring Breath which should fix the targetting problems.
