large race warrior penalties

Barbarians have no penalties from their racial status, only benefits, whereas trolls and ogres are gimped with less haste and focus and xp penalties. Could we bring a change in to balance this?
 
Isn't there balance in that due to the Troll's regen and stats and the ogres stats? Barbs get better faction but they dont have as good of stats do they?
 
Barbarian comes from the phrase "bar bar bar bar", which is like our modern day "hurrrr" or "durrrrrrrr"; ancient civilized folk thought the people who didnt speak their language were retarted, just sitting there gabbling out "bar bar bar bar", and the word "barbarian" was born.

Also the grass is greener on the other race.
 
barbar, or something like it, is also french for barbarian. They were called the gaulois and were found in france. They..umm...were barbarians i guess. But I just think it's cool because they were involved with Les Druides, or the druids, who used a nifty device to cut mistletoe from trees for good luck(Mistletoe cutting siccle from EQlive anyone?)

Hello I m from France . Yeah Gaulois were greats barbarians and Defeated Ceasar's legions till Alésia ( Damn idiot Romain ).
We had our own mythologie (similar of Germain (Wotan ),Scandnavian ( Odin ) ) one, our own rules , our own Drood (Port me kkthx!) and of course some bards(mana song okay!).
One of the most famous "Gaulois" leader was Vercingétorix!
