I realize this is on my end, but i'm just wondering if there is anything any one can think of to help this.

I'm on a shitty DSL line, but on this same line I can stream netflix in HD without it every stopping, yet when I log into SoD I spike incredibly hard a lot of the time and sometimes straight up go LD. This is probably going to end up with me just getting better net, but does anyone have any idea why netflix is A+ yet SoD is -_-?
 
Not that i'm aware of, I disable all my AV stuff unless i'm doing scans etc since I don't frequent shady areas of the interwebs where aliens can invade your cpuz. I'll try running it with everything non essential disabled in the morning, thanks for the idea.
 
do a dxdiag and let them see what you working with. It could be as simple as a video card update or could a very out dated machine. My 2002 laptop can run movies like a dream but I couldnt play this game without major lag.
