Lag at login and error 1001

ANy body know a fix for this..? i reinstalled eq..repatched to live..patched to wr..then hotfix..and still eror 1001...was playing this weekend...please help me figure out this problem

I thought patching to live first would cause the WR patcher not to work... (but then again, I could be wrong on that fact).
