How do I get this frog to talk to me? I have one character that's amiable, but can't get the "Krukin's Cuisine" quest. I have another character that's dubious, but can get the quest. The wiki talks about Rations Distributor Gralak's quest as a prerequisite, but that quest never really ends, and both characters have turned in meat to Gralak.
It seems odd to say the least that the character with better faction is the one the quest giver won't talk to.
