Krigok Prappit not responding to Hails / Turnin (MQ) - Resolved
I've recently been working on the MQ on two of my toons. The problem in question concerns the character Perriane.Recently, I started the quest from Krigok Prappit which involves using a Conking Mallet and Enslaving Collar for catching citizens from Newport, Oggok, Underhill, and Halas. I did this and got the emote for each one. Upon returning to Krigok, I attempted to turn back in my items to no avail. After this, I tried re-doing the dialogue with him, also to no avail. At this point he stopped responding to hails altogether. As I mentioned, I did this quest on two toons at once. The other toon involved had zero problems with anything, and I received the normal reward.
I've since attempted to re-trap all of the citizens, and while my Conking Mallet does proc Daze, the collar no longer works on them (which leads me to believe that I already have the flags for each of the four citizens, but there is something else amiss). I've been helped by two GM trainees thus far, but neither them, nor attempts to resolve the quest with manual dialogue entry have worked.

As suspected, this was a flag related issue. Take note, that even after you have conked everyone out and possibly ruined your faction a bit "for fun" - that Krigok will still allow you to flag yourself out of the quest. If you re-hail him, be safe and don't just spam /d1 before you turn things in!
