Knowledgeable Wizzies, please help!

I'm thinking of making a high elf wizzy (base INT 102, base CHA 80). I was wondering how I should distribute my 30 points at creation into the two categories. I talked with a few high end wizzies and they recommended putting more points into CHA than INT; is 20 points into CHA and 10 points into INT ok? Please give me your advice! Thank you =)

Put it all into cha, its really important when you dont have good gear. Int gets maxxed in the end game anyways.

I second the CHA. Really only CHA and INT matter in the end, and INT is much much easier to cap than CHA

CHA is more important IMO, and CHA maxxes out faster IMO if you consider buffs. ENC and SHM always jack your CHA up pretty well, but even before the raid armor at 60+, your CHA will be maxxed out with SHM Focus or CHA.

Thats just my take on maxxing out CHA, but I would still put the points into it since 1 int is only such a small amount of mana, while CHA helps all your nukes land.
