Klazka, the Mirror Blade

Klazka, the Mirror Blade dropped today. It has the graphic of a Centi Longsword from live (it could be cooler, w/ visuals like ranger epic from live or something, but whatever), and a very slightly lower ratio than Zirvane's Blade of the Formless Void. This is all cool, except for the effect on the proc. Currently, right-clicking the weapon gives:
Effect: Reflection Shield (Combat)
While the Wanelo info shows just Effect: (Combat, 0.0). When procced (in melee combat) it gives the spell notice "You feel bogus as an unknown spell accosts you." Then a half-filled red heart appears in your spell buff window (takes up a slot) and lasts for 6 ticks (36 seconds). After, it gives the fade message of "Your Reflection Shield affecting Aeran has worn off." While the effect is on you, you cant click it (gives "You cannot remove this effect." message), making it seem like a detrimental effect.

When testing in PVP against a Druid, Relic: Nightfire hit for 1168 every time, yet when I had the effect on me it hit for 1284 every time. Coincidentally, this is an increase of exactly 116 dmg (10%). I'm inclined to believe that this is not working as intended, considering the spellfile shows it should have the same effect as the new relic bardsong that hasnt dropped (makes it so it requires less mana to heal?).

Please look into this weapon and make any necessary changes, if any. Thank you for your time
:)

You're right. It's supposed to REDUCE spells by 10%. Probably a code typo.

Awesome. Would I be correct in assuming that its 10% less mana for others to heal me? or is it 10% less mana for me to cast healing spells (on myself or whoever else)? From the context of this weapon I'm leaning towards the former, but would like an official word. Thanks again~

Fantastic. So if I'm getting it right, lets say the casters in Akheva Ice Comet for 1200, if I so happened to have my proc on at the time, and I didnt resist at all, it would hit for 1080 instead? If I'm not pushing it already.... any chance at a grander graphic? :p

Thanks again,

Ok, not to be ungrateful or anything (I greatly appreciate you working with me on this weap), but may I suggest the proc perhaps taking a bardspell slot instead of a buffslot? As it is on raids (or even regular exp groups) its hard to choose between the buffs and cut them down to 15, let alone leave room for HoT's and detrimental stuff that mobs cast, etc etc. This leaves me finding buffs overwritten by the "Reflection Shield" which is both annoying and unwanted. In my opinion, I may even rather choose no effect at all. May I suggest changing the effect to take up a bardsong slot (still 30 sec duration), or make it worn w/ perhaps a slightly lesser benefit, or even a nice DD or Lifetap proc? Again, the weapon is great and I'm thankful of all that you're doing, just trying my luck :p

Thanks again,

No offense, but you're probably like, the only person on the server who has this weapon. Don't get greedy.

Yes.

And yeah, the graphic will change.

Also adding 5 damage to it.

+ 5 dmg is done, spell icon / deletion / message is fixed, thanks!! :D Just wondering, is graphic still being decided on or just overlooked?
