Read through all the board stuff, can't seem to find help. Read through topics related to this but could not find answer. Anyway, when I run sodpatcher.exe it loads up, but goes straight to the Company's EULA, folllowed by the Company login screen which I obviously have a invalid username and password. I no that people have posted about this problem before, but after reading through them, no one seems to have an answer. Please Help.. I would really like to play. I installed the game using EQ Gold.. which is original to PoP, then Legacy of Yekesha, then LDoN, and then GoD.. in that order. All seperate CDs. put the SoD release.zip files into sony/everquest folder. open sodpatcher.exe, starts up but goes to official EULA and login in. when I complete patch, it gives me string 303 error. Patched official again, lets me start with sodpatcher.exe but again goes straight to sony eula and sony's login in.

Try a "repatch all" on SoD's patcher.
If it's not even showing the SoD patcher, I'd just download the manual patch files - http://forum.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php?topic=8036.0
When you get it figured out, go back to the normal patch method.

Nope.. I cannot get it to work.. I download patch.. then I get the string 303 error, then I download official patch, goes back to sony official log in. Tried deleting the text file that supposedly causes the string 303 error and still nothing. Gah! I don't understand what the problem is...

Make sure you have .net installed.
Your link to SoD should be something like....
"C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Administrator\My Documents\Release\sodpatcher.exe"
Or where ever you downloaded the RELEASE folder to. If you're getting to the company's login screen, you have the wrong path.
