Having an issue with this quest on my bard Shadam. I've killed both slaver camps in FoB, and my druid gets the hail flag from the orc, however my bard does not. Is there some missing flag I need to do before I'm able to hail the orc? Finished refuge, got 5th Seeker, raised my orc faction in Tears to dubious (because the orc was threatning before), still no go. The only thing I can think of is that maybe since my bard was S1, his flags might have gotten messed up, but AFAIK the slavers quest should be open to all characters at the start.
