just installed, crashes during char creation

I just installed eq titanium and SoD. After I select the race, class, and ability points it says the client crashes when I hit next every time. Any ideas.
 
What program are you clicking on to start EQ?

Are you doing a repatch all?

What operating system are you using?

How much drive space do you have remaining?

How much memory do you have on the computer? (total memory in ram)
