Hello all,
As you may have guessed i am brand new to this site. I spent 7 hours yesterday following all advice on these forums, and i must say thank you to all that posted the guides for dummies, and i am now a player on your servers. I have a couple of questions, and if i missed any posts that addressed these questions i am sorry in advance. Just slap me and i will do a more thurough search.
1. When i created a character and entered the world i noticed that i have a red life bar(normal), an empty bar under that(i thought ithat was to be my mana bar Blue), and a full yellow bar(i thought this to be my xp bar.) Now i have been able to level, but no bar advances on my 3 bar "HUD", is this normal? In the inventory screen my xp bar did move and show level progression.
2. In EQlive every NPC i talked to was in one way or another logged into my journal. I talked to a couple of npc's lastnight and no log of it shows in my journal. I went to the "help" in game and found there is an on/off toggle, i played with it for awhile and could get nothing to log. Again is this a known bug/problem, or is this unique to me?
That is all i had a burning desire to ask at the moment, i am sure i will find others later though
