Target Click Shows BLAARRGHGHGHHHHH
Through some magic and maybe some blood sacrifices, I believe I've found a permanent fix to the Target Click Shows Help option turning itself on repeatedly which has plagued people for a long time.

Please make a post in the Technical Support forum if you encounter any new crash to desktop errors. "Access Violation", etc.

It's still turning on for me.

Was this fix only for the default UI, or would that even matter?

Shouldn't matter - did you patch successfully? eqgame.exe should have a date of a couple of days ago if so.

I did not, in fact, patch fully. After many days since patching, I have yet to experience the target click shows help bug again so I will go on record and say thank you Jumbers for one of the best bug fixes yet!
