Jibber the Insane is the loudmouthed Gnome that guards/commands The Junkbeast, the level 15 Adept. Unless I'm mistaken, this makes Jibber the one and only Adept NPC that is actually a playable race. So why does he run around naked?!
I suggest he be outfitted with a robe and perhaps even held items, such as a wand, lantern, etc. These would be purely for show and would not add to the difficulty of the encounter. If a dev wants to make the NPC stand out even more, tinting can be applied to the robe in the same way that it is applied to the various Iksar NPCs fought throughout the Spires of Saitha.
Admittedly, this is a trivial matter, but the nakedness used to bug me during the days when I'd farm this mob regularly for the community Adept toons, and I assume a cosmetic change such as this would require minimal effort. Adept mobs are a unique aspect of the server, after all, so why not make this one stand out a little more?
