Its been almost 2 weeks, character still insta-dies.

Like the title says, its been almost 2 weeks since whatever happened to my main(well not main anymore i guess, havent played him in 2 weeks) . I know its a very tough bug to find a solution for, i know you guys are doing the best you can but its been almost 2 weeks now and i havent heard anything at all.
