Items with a bonus to Blacksmithing

Hey all,

Looking for an item to help with blacksmithing. I'm a 56 necro and dont have much money so it needs to be cheap or attainable at lvl 56ish. I know about the smithing hammer at the vendor, was looking for something better then that. Thanks

What Radaere said. Kaezulian Smithing Hammer isn't quite in your reach yet, but it is THE best +blacksmithing item in the game, and I thought you should at least have seen it so that you know it exists.
