Item nerf?

Yeah so why was Sanctified Mace of Reckoning, and Wintery Flowsash taken down a peg? I'm not angry I just want to know the reasoning behind it.

Tons of items got FT reductions.

I disagree with the Shawl of Flowing Currents one though.

The Pulsating Bracelet of the Stasis was FT III, but is now only FT II. While the FT is nice, the uhh negative stats already make it not an easy decision to put on. At least the items like the Wintry Sash have positive stats to them.
