I know that weapons have been balance as far as ratio goes for level required to use, but I was wondering if there were plans on doing this as far as:
1. haste items by % gained.
2. extreme +hp or mana gear.
3. Ft items
4. Proc effects
I reciently started a cleric/ bard duo, and gifted them with Bauble of battle + Rune sword on bard and bauble of battle + Ft3 staff on Cleric. Honestly, that combo is a bit overpowering at lower levels, at least from the clerics PoV since the rune still doesnt proc for the Bard. I could maintain combat (often with agro due to dps) with cleric and still keep a group healed.
While this isnt some extreme advantage (cleric and bard are only ~15 atm), it did make me wonder if at least those two items should have level req. on them.
Yes, I am actually asking for 2 spells to be looked into for a possible Nerf. Please dont train my little Gnome butt when you see me.
and to note: If this goes through, I'm actually going to be at a disadvantage as I was useing them before. So it's not like it won't affect me. I'm posting because it is unbalanced at lower end.
But it started me thinking about other combinations that could be somewhat overpowering at lower levels, just like the great ratio weapons could be for tanks.
True, these things wont make/ break the game. I was just curious if there were plans.
