Item... again...

Crown of the elements was changed a while back from being a combat effect to being a clickie with no charges.
After the revamp to the Fr items, since it's stats were increased, it has reverted back to combat (fire elemental).
Would like to see this fixed, again.

I would also like to request that "shroud of the deep priest" have it's effect fixed, i am told it's out of charges when i use it.

Item file sent to Wiz and awaiting next patch to get it in game. As for the second item... I did not create it so I will leave that up to whomever else to fix as per their intended purpose for the item.
