Is there a way to find items and where they come from?

Hi all. I have a character that I levelled up fast, but their gear is really poor. I am wondering if there is some kind of database of gear in SoD, ideally with a mob and zone name?

I literally need a new item for every slot, so it would be a nice long term goal for me, to start working on getting these items, but I don't even know what items are in the game. The character I'm looking to gear up is a level 50 cleric. I plan on levelling up the remainder of levels to level 65, but I would ideally like to improve the gear along the way.

Whoever ran the old SoD item database let it die, and it is no longer available. The next best thing is the wiki, which is of course an ongoing work in progress. Regardless, you can start your search here.
