Is there a Circle of Heartlands?

I saw on http://sod.nemesis2.com/spells/Druid the spell Circle of Heartlands at level 34. But I do not see it on Wiki and the merchant where I got my other port spells did not have that one.

So, is this old information?

Or, where do I get this spell?

You can buy it in Hearthlands from the dryads, you do need some faction with the dryads thou, u can archive that by going through a sub quest in the main quest, i'm not sure it its possible to do the sub quest without the main quest.... good luck
 
Yes, I tried buying it from the dryads and they want nothing to do with a wee Druid from Surefall. So, it looks like I will need to do the Main Quest. Or maybe just run from North Badlands if I need to go there.

Try talking to the Dryad at the other end of the beach from the druid ring. She starts the dryad interactions in Heartlands. You'll have to help her out to get the faction to buy the spells. However, I don't know if she'll talk to you without being far enough along in the main quest. Storywise, there doesn't seem to be a reason she wouldn't, but...
 
I did the whole dryad thing on my Iksar with no problems, and I'm KoS to Neutral faction mobs(Main quest, portal wizards, anyone else who's eternally indifferent, pretty much) so I haven't done anything with the main quest.
