Is the server still Down?

I have not been able to log in since the patch yesterday it says the server is locked.Is the server still down?

I just want to say I check the irc which is not always to most reliable and then I like to double check here sometimes SOD has so many issues on my computer it helps to know that I am not alone.

how is IRC not the most reliable source of information regarding the server's status?

if something happens/changes it is in the topic of #sod... not in here!

Not everyone is forum savy and therefore wouldn't think to search for server status before posting a simple question regarding the server status.

FYI, whenever the server says "locked" it means the server is down. If you log in to IRC you will be able to see the current server status in the topic (type /topic #sod) and occasionally the reason for the downtime.
