Is cartography in the game?

Im trying my hardest to call up the map menu but can't seem to do it.

Is it implimented in SoD? How do I go about calling it up?

warning:

some zones don't show up till someone maps them. (city of mercy etc)

eqatlas.com (i think it is) is best place to find them if you know the zone that they were on live
