IRC invite & world connection problems

Since when do u need an invite to the IRC? and the world is up with people in it but i can not log on to it, it says world is down then takes me to a screen where it needs to put in a CD key? could any 1 plz help me :sadf:
 
Mysti has made the IRC chan that way, I presume because of some shit that was going on in there. Don't worry even if you are in the IRC chan, you cannot type anything without voice rights anyway. And the World server does appear down at the moment, which is why we cannot log on, and you will probably find any of those that are on will Disconnect if they go to zone (Or just be unable to leave the current zone)

No idea about the CD Key though, I am not getting that error. Just tells me world is down and takes me back to the Server connect screen.
