IRC Down?

Been trying to connect to IRC, keeps saying connection is refused. This normal or am I getting picked on? XD

Well if someone touched a button for me to come back, i'm thankfull....then again I also turned on my firewall and did the allow program button and it worked too.....guess today just isn't my day...
