IRC connection problem

Is the IRC server down right now? I'm sitting at work and have been trying to log in for the last hour almost. Getting the "unable to connect to server" and then retrying. I was able to log in last night at my house with no problem. Anyone else having this happen right now (8:35 CST)?
 
Bah. Still not working.

EDIT: I think something is wrong with the irc client i put on my work computer. I tried logging on to a bunch of different servers and none of them would connect. Works just fine on my home computer, however.
