IRC and other Prob

After a while of break from gaming, I have forgotten my pw but remember all other information. As I just tried to get into the IRC, it isn't working for me and I just get the page cannot be displayed page... Is there anything I can do to retrieve my pw from my old account?

well, is there any particular way to get the attention of an admin to help me out? I have tried the IRC and failed miserably to talk to a GM... and can a GM get my account information, or must it be an admin?
