Invisible Window

Yesterday when I started the patcher something odd happened. It ran fine and booted up the client, but there was no window. There is an icon in the tray, and if i mouse over it (windows 7) it gives me a preview of the logon screen I would normally see. I can type in my password and enter and it brings up the EULA. I can hit enter and decline and the program will close. Once I got all the way to character select but I can't seem to figure out how I did it. I haven't updated my video drivers or SOD so I'm not really sure where the problem lies.

Unless someone else has a clue what is up I'll probably reinstall the client. Any ideas?
 
Figured it out. I have a two monitor setup and I usually play on the secondary monitor. My graphics card has been acting up so I've switched to just using one, but SoD apparently kept launching the window on the monitor that wasn't active. Shrug.
 
It's funny you had this problem today, because my second monitor cable died on me today, and I had to fish my SoD window out from a phantom screen too.
 
I understand. If that happens I think if you press; ALT+Space Bar, then "M", then use the arrow keys you should be able to move the window back and forth. Play with this to see what I mean, and in the future use it to help you out.

OH! Press the enter key once the window is where you want it. AND AND! I forgot. ALT+TAB to the window you want to move.

I am having the same problem getting my window to maximize out of the task bar. I have used the window + p to verify that I am single screen computer only. I have right clicked the tab in the task bar and the only option it gives me is to close the window. I tried the ALT + space bar then "M" and all it did was close the tab in the task bar; I didn't have the option to move anything. ALT + Tab is how I normally switch between windows when playing but the mouse is locked up on the desktop unless I hit the windows key to release it. It ran fine yesterday and no changes were made to my computer.

It may be a sign that I need to just work on my research paper that is due on Monday but I really just want to enjoy my morning coffee and a little EQ. Any help would be great!
