Intimidation

As I use Intimidation a lot in group , I'd like to know what 's the effect when :

-Mob_1 looks insecure
-Mob_1 looks presured
-Mob_1 goes on the defensive

I'm not looking for exact numbers , i just want more info.

Thank you in advance.

Waneeno and I spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out just what these did. Nothing is for certain, in fact, far the other way around, but if I remember right (this was back in may)....

Insecure would cause a mob to 'flee' sooner in the fight, IE at 20% instead of 10%.

Pressured -

Defensive would stop them from fleeing. This might have been a fluke, but twice while I was training ID, defensive caused a fleeing mob to turn around again and throw hands.

It's all just (very bad) speculation, but that's all I remember finding for those :/

Aaah ok !! So intimidation is only good for zones with fear implemented ? :eek:
Can we have a confirmation from the staff by chance :hug: ?

There used to be a detailed post from a staffer, from a while back. It may have disappeared.

I didn't mean it was only good for zones with fear implemented, those secondary effects seem to land in any zone. The skill works great in any zone, I used it as a poor man's taunt. Dranker's post is a great find if the info is still relevant.

One thing I could swear I remember seeing, was Severe Intimidation on greens while farming in West Badlands. So we've got...

Pressure = Jinx

Defensive = (-50 dex + 50 agi?)

Insecure = (-50 dex?)

Intimidation = Fear (in zones with fear enabled. If fear is not enabled, a player knows they've 'rolled' Intimidation because they get that special message about zone fear enabling. It would be nice to know, (because I can't remember, or play to find out) whether or not rolling Intimidation still causes any agro effects in zones where fear is not enabled.)
