Interface problems

I tryed searching but couldnt find a similar situation.
My problem is when I log into the game and zone in I find that Im missing part of the interface. Specifically the windows selector bar. So I have no way of bringing up options and rebinding my keys.
I have tried deleting my uifiles folder and repatching to ldon on the soe servers and then rerunning the sod patcher, and I have tried other UI's but have had no success.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Okay you can delete this if need be, I finally got the windows selector open I had to go through every possible key combo to get the right one hehe. I would have updated sooner but was stuck at work.
