Intense Lag on WR...

For some reason when I log on to WR I have zero lag at the character select screen but I get about 3 FPS in the actual game. I am running EQPN and EQW. This happens even when I only have 1 window open.

I am running a P4 2.8Ghz with 1024 Mb of Ram Geforce FX5600 256mb of Vram.

Any ideas of how I can fix this?

It worked just fine before but now nothing!

Try running EQ without EQW in old-school full screen mode, just to see if it's your connection with EQ, or something about the game, or whether it's something about your computer or your EQW client.
