The quest is bugged at the stage where you are to hand
* -Essence of Bear
* -Bakalak's Anti-Toxin
* -Diesease Crafted scimitar
* -Distilled Terror
to Trainer Varsh. He will not accept the items and thus the quest wont move on from step x.

I'm not convinced you're allowed to know it's step x...

Should be a quick fix though, I'll check it today.

Unless you suddenly got the issue fixed without me, there is a serious flagging bug that I'd like to ask you about. Find me in IRC.
 
Trainer Varsh Bug

I had the same issue when trying to turn in those items to trainer varsh and also believed it was a bug. After thinking a little more logically, i realized that my faction with him was Dubious. After some faction questing, I raised it to apprehensive, at which point he accepted my items. I just wanted to give you a friendly reminder to make sure your faction is adequate.
