Indeed another two-box question.

-I read the posts that contained information on duo'ing until about page 10 and it seems like Warriors and Clerics are in some demand. I've never two-boxed but I have some good multi-tasking skills.
-My big worry is as a new player with no money or gear, can I expect to go far with a warrior/cleric? I don't mind how long it takes I just want this to work. My alternate dps class(and my favorite) would be a rogue but it seems they are less viable.
-Any input or thoughts before I commit to this? My game is installing now so I've got some time.

Any tank/healer (or dps/healer) combo will get you to 65 easily. "How far you want to go" can mean several different things.

If you envision high-end raiding, your cleric will be useful, your warrior much less so.
If you envision 2-boxing any of the lower end xp zones (farming or questing), you're probably better off with a monk than a warrior.

Would it be easy to start getting groups with a cleric once I am 65? I would not mind splitting the 2 and just healing. I'm not sure how group oriented this server is. The last time I played I think it was called winters roar. It's fuzzy

Both tanks and clerics are very highly in demand for XP grouping. Guilds always want clerics and sometimes want tanks.

Groups can be hit or miss at times, but your cleric will be far more group-friendly than your warrior, since he'll be useful at much lower levels of gear and experience.

Really if you have a healer and a tank you have a group no matter what. There is always loose DPS kicking around.

This.

Also, while it is true that your warrior would be far less desired than your cleric, if you put in enough work guilds will definitely take notice. A real warrior is far more desirable than a boxed warrior (especially with the recent class revamp).

Make your warrior a troll warrior if you haven't already because trolls look the coolest.

Also, if you make a Warrior and a group advertises that they are looking for DPS and not a tank, you can pretend to be a DPS class (just go /roleplay and pretend you are a rogue).

IMO good game plan
Box Warror cleric to 55 Together Stay at 55 grind aa's and do some of the adepts (Warrior cleric at this level will go a long ways)
Get your MQ, Diety Aug Cought up finish your questing.
App your cleric into a guild. Once you get into a decent active raiding guild Grind out 55-65 with Just the cleric. Leave the warrior at 55 for bored times.
All groups need a tank but if you are in a guild chances are you'll have your MT's info.
Raid with the cleric and box your warrior in exp groups (Focus cleric on boss fights)

Later down the road when you are a Phat cleric. level the warrior to 65 and use your weight as a geared cleric to bring your scummy 65 warrior around for loot.

Go MIA for like a year come back Main Tank the warrior in a guild when people have longe since forgot you have a geared cleric.
