In-game MP3 player not working

I have searched for this problem and turned up nothing so far.

I have not been able to get my in-game MP3 player to work so far... I am running the default UI, have done a full repatch, have tried everything I can think of but so far nothing works...
When I hit Alt-K nothing happens... I checked key bindings and even manually reset them to make sure but to no avail...

I am running the full Titanium setup on Windows 7....

Any suggestions on getting it to work??

Yeah sound is enabled but still nothing

Not sure what I did but it has finally come up... Maybe it will work now... ;-P
