My friend and I were new to this style of server, but when we logged on the vendors had nothing to sell, however we could easily sell to them. The solution, we found after a few hours, was the UI and we used simply the default and not the default_old (Or some such file). It fixed the problem and we could buy again, as well as that the game seemed to run better.
