Improving Grobb Faction

For whatever reason, being an Ogre, Im kos/dubious to Grobb. I have access to an enc, so I assume I will be ok to get quest, but what quest should I be looking to do to raise faction.

Also, is there any type of mobs that can be killed to improve faction?

You can go to Mielech B, and kill the penkeeper frog to get his pen key which u can use to free the prisoners for grobb faction.
