Improved overhead name text

This is something that I'm hoping can be done client-side...

I'd like to enable the "newer," improved overhead name text shown in the left panel of the attached image. I believe this is possible with the Titanium client, as the screenshot taken for comparison was done using Titanium on a different emu server.

If anyone know whether or not this would be possible (again, hopefully with a client-side mod), I would appreciate the insight.

Well, this immediately brings up the "what we can and cannot do legally" question that all client-side changes do.

I believe I've seen this suggestion before and read that it wasn't doable, but here's to hoping I was wrong! Any information you have on this overhead name text deal would be appreciated!
 
Thanks for the replies! I realized I worded my question pretty poorly. By client-side, I meant I was hoping this was something I could personally mod rather than implying the Devs should jump to change the entire Dalaya client for a cosmetic adjustment, heh.
