Improved Construct Heart

I think the construct heart is too similar to these other items and easily on the same tier. I don't know if you intend for them to be evenly tiered or not (it doesn't really matter), but could the heart be differentiated from the rest? Maybe as the mana item or the FT item or the resist item of the bunch?

It certainly needs something. I'm not sure quite what, but in it's current state it is incredibly underwhelming, and I'd put it on the same tier as the rest, rather than where it probably should be.
